The NZ Hi-Tech Awards 2024 is Aotearoa New Zealand’s preeminent platform celebrating our most successful high-tech companies and outstanding individuals. UniServices' support of this esteemed program reflects our commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in the tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

This year’s winners will be announced at the annual NZ Hi-Tech Awards Gala Dinner which is taking place on Friday 24 May at Auckland's Spark Arena, with an anticipated 1,200+ attendees. The event will mark a milestone in recognising achievements across the tech spectrum.

EnPot (Energia Potior) is transforming how smelters use energy to produce aluminium, aiming to significantly reduce carbon emissions. The company’s technology operates like a virtual battery capable of providing storage and backup power to electricity grids.

Finalist for Most Innovative Deep Tech Solution and Most Innovative Hi-Tech Hardware Product

Kitea Health is revolutionising healthcare for people living with chronic conditions with the world's most accurate implantable sensor for heart failure and hydrocephalus.

Toku Eyes
Finalist for Most Innovative Hi-Tech Software Solution

Toku Eyes has developed cutting-edge AI-powered software that can detect cardiovascular disease or Type 2 diabetes through retinal scans. This innovation allows for earlier, easier, and more cost-effective health risk assessments. By increasing accessibility to screening, Toku Eyes can change the lives of numerous people who will be able to receive diagnoses of preventable diseases before it is too late.
